Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Signal Server ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

Signal Server is a mobile application designed for restaurant dining. It allows users to display signal cards on their phone screen to communicate common requests to waitstaff, such as requesting the check, ordering water, or asking for assistance.

The App includes 12 built-in signals translated into 55 languages, the ability to create custom signals, and an optional feedback form. Custom signals and preferences are stored locally on your device. Feedback submitted through the in-app form is sent to our server (see our Privacy Policy for details).

User Responsibilities

When using Signal Server, you agree to:

• Use the App only for its intended purpose of communicating with restaurant staff
• Not use the App to display offensive, inappropriate, or harmful content
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Not use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Use the App responsibly and respectfully in dining establishments

Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, icons, and code within Signal Server are the intellectual property of Signal Server and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the App without express written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Signal Server is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

We make no warranties regarding the effectiveness of the App in communicating with restaurant staff. The success of communication depends on the awareness and responsiveness of the dining establishment's personnel.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Signal Server and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the App.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the App.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
